Flama de la paz

I grew up in the quiet countryside, far from the lights of a city skyline. When night would fall, darkness would completely surround us. As a child, I often told my mother how dark my room felt. In response, she would gently light a small candle and place it by my bedside.

Before leaving the room, she’d look at me and say,

“Deja que la flama de la paz ilumine tu espacio.”

(Let the flame of peace illuminate your space.)

Her words, and that soft flickering light, brought me comfort. I remember watching the flame dance, feeling calm and safe as I drifted off to sleep. That simple flame became a symbol of peace for me, something quiet, yet powerful.

Even then, I began to wonder: What if that peaceful flame could also carry a beautiful scent, something to uplift the spirit even more? That childhood curiosity stayed with me.

Now, years later, that vision has become a reality.
